Welcome to RhemaFlow. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

RhemaFlow is a faith-based declaration app that generates personalized Scripture-based affirmations using AI. The app offers both a free tier with limited daily usage and a paid subscription ("RhemaFlow Pro") with additional features including unlimited declarations, text-to-speech audio, and the ability to save favorites.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use RhemaFlow. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the app as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• RhemaFlow Pro is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. RhemaFlow does not directly collect or store your payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. Free Tier Usage

• Free users may generate up to 3 declarations per day.
• Usage limits reset daily and are tracked by user account and device.
• We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Declarations are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and are intended for personal spiritual encouragement.
• AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate or appropriate. Use your own discernment.
• RhemaFlow does not guarantee the theological accuracy of generated declarations.
• You may save, share, and use generated declarations for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app.
• Redistribute or resell generated content commercially without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

• The RhemaFlow app, its design, branding, and code are owned by RhemaFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Scripture references used in declarations are from publicly available Bible translations.
• You retain ownership of any personal input you provide to the app (e.g., custom declaration topics).

9. Privacy

Your use of RhemaFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Disclaimers

• RhemaFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• The app is not a substitute for professional spiritual counsel, medical advice, or mental health support.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RhemaFlow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
